I, never lived in Evergreen Towers, but I have visited both buildings, I think this is a GREAT!!! Faculty for seniors and disabled people, these people and the building was here before you were probably were born or moved in the area if you think it's a slap in the face maybe you should move somewhere you won't Get slapped AROUN🙄

More govt site inspections; new management & tenant/management accountability standards have improved this residence.

This building is entirely occupied by government leaches. It’s a shame because the Old Town neighborhood is a historical gem. This building is a slap in the face to the homeowners in this community, who are in the highest property tax bracket.
