If i could give them 0 starts I would. After scheduling an appointment for our 4 year old, our therapist never showed up for our first virtual telehealth intake appointment. Things happen so we figured ok, we'll give her the benefit of the doubt and we met with her the next day for a virtual intake appointment. We were then scheduled to have a regular in person weekly appointment starting two weeks later. An hour before our appointment I received a call that our therapist needed to cancel because of a personal issue. When I asked are we on for next week, I got a response that we will get back to you soon. A few days after not receiving any follow up call, I emailed the therapist directly who said she was now leaving the practice. All told we probably spent a month dealing with them getting 75% of our appointments cancelled. The director even called to apologize. But that didn't stop them from charging us for the intake appointment even after I requested that our charges be refunded given our experience. Not only was their service terrible, we wasted valuable time which we could have spent getting our child support elsewhere. They give Comcast a run for their money in terms of customer service. AWFUL!

My son started PT at 5 weeks old for torticolis . He has been followed by the same therapist the whole time and we couldn't be happier with the professionalism of the entire staff at NSPT, but especially his therapist Stephanie. She has been very thorough and supportive. We've had most sessions virtually because of Covid and it went very well. Stephanie was able to notice everything through a zoom call and I could see improvement week after week. My son also had to start helmet therapy and she has been ery supportive and extremely helpful in navigating through this process. I 100% recommend NSPT!

I highly recommend North Shore Pediatric Therapy. I recently took my son to the Des Plaines location and was highly impressed with the thoroughness of the staff, they worked with me and tried to accommodate with our schedule, everyone was so friendly, my son seemed to have a great experience. The only problem is that we live in SE WI and wish they had offices a little closer for continuing treatment.
