I don’t usually write reviews but I had such a bad experience giving birth at Mt. Sinai Hospital that I just have to share. The nurses there didn’t care and the machine that showed my contractions wasn’t working right. My mom and husband were worried for my baby and me the entire time. We were left in that room by ourselves the entire time until I had to push; my husband told a nurse I had to push I couldn’t hold it no more and the lady responded back aggressively telling him to tell me to wait that it wasn’t time and that they were understaffed at the moment. My husband got mad and I got scared bc I couldn’t wait anymore. Thank God, My baby was born and we were moved to a room where I kept getting bitten so I told the nurse and without questioning anything she moved me to a different room. They had bed bugs. I honestly really don’t know how this hospital is still open. I don’t recommend this hospital to anyone.

I have had nothing but great experiences at this hospital. I had my first csection at the start of covid in July 2020. My incision healed nicely. The Staff was all great. I'm here again today, may 2022 for my ultrasound for my second baby. I was scheduled at a sister hospital and unknowingly came here. The Staff did all the work necessary for me to be able to be seen today. thank you much for going above and beyond to get me the care I need today. I look forward to having the same Dr for my second csection this fall. I have full trust in this Staff and Dr. Kwak! Thank you guys! God bless.
