I am giving this law firm a 5 star review because they absolutely 💯% deserve it. My experience with these people started 3yrs. ago because Social Security takes time. The first person I spoke with is Joanna. She is such a kind person and very thorough about answering your questions and getting back to you promptly. She made me feel so comfortable and open to ask questions. There was then a gentleman named Riyu he was very professional and got back to me in a timely manner. There is another gentleman named Josef that is extremely helpful and knows his stuff. He helped me and got back to me promptly as well. Then there is the attorney that talked to me the day before the hearings and the judge and doctors the days of court. His name is Tye Smith. He is very professional and knows his stuff. He was very thorough and made me feel confident about the case. He is very knowledgeable and made me feel validated with my disabilities and comfortable expressing my need for help. This team is hands down the best experience I could have ever asked for! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

Neighbor suggested them highly. My experience comes with nothing but stress with their lack in ability to communicate the correct time or person for an intake and Linda triggering my PTSD with her inability to allow a human to answer her questions without being cut off barely two words in then being talked over some more with me not being able to even speak. No empathy, no understanding of how to properly communicate, or how to not upset or stress someone out. It's like the more stressed out I got the more she chose to stress me further. Similar to abuse. If you have trauma, or have been through abuse, stay away. It did far more harm than good.

I was recently approved for my SSDI. My legal assistant Tara S stuck with me to the end. We never gave up. She went out of her way to keep me informed on what was going on with my case. She guided me threw my emails and the web as I mentioned to her I didn't know anything about the internet. She set up an appointment with her supervisor so he can explain my situation. She went of her way to see how I was doing. We got to be friends as we joke about little things in life. Without Tara S and Pekas Smith Firm this would of not been possible. I want to Thank Tara S and Pekas Smith for the awesome job they did for me. The five star rating is not even enough so I give them a 10 star rating on my behalf. Thank You for everything that have done for me. THANK YOU GOD BLESS & B-SAFE Hope all your clients were as please as I was.

Here's a question, I'm interested to know, why Ober, Pekas, and Ronstadt received my letter of denial from the hearing held on June 8, 2018. Which was received 5 weeks 4 days ago, I recieved my letter of denial 2 weeks 4 days ago, no ones called me?

Good to know. I am thinking of hiring this firm but I can't afford for them to be lax about my case. Hello. Adding to my post bcuz after all this time they've done, well, filed one paper asking for hearing. They did that little thing on the very last day it could be filed. Yes, thank u. I'm not getting enough cortisol lately so I appreciate the added stress! It occurred to me that there is a good reason for their complacency after all. The longer they wait, the more money they will get. Simple as that. The more lines u have baited the more fish u will catch. It's the law of numbers. It's the number game to lawyers. Even if they win 30 percent of their cases....wow!
