Awesome service, great drinks and the best part such great food ! Not to mention more food for your penny! Such friendly staff and very cool vintage bar as well as open seating . If your in the area definitely stop here for a quick bite to eat or watch a game !

My boyfriend and I visited Elsmere last year during the pandemic when they were doing outdoor seating. We loved the food so much, we came back during our trip this year. Unfortunately, the food isn’t that great anymore. The brisket was a little fatty, but not the worst. The salad was literally just lettuce and cheese. The coleslaw was so flavorless, just covered in vinegar. We asked the waitress for another side, and she wasn’t that nice about it. I felt like we were a bother. She also didn’t mention the weekly special cocktail or food. We would’ve ordered from there if we knew about it. I’m giving them a 3/5 because I can see that they are trying. I completely understand how difficult it for the hospitality/restaurant industry during these hard times, which is why we are trying to eat out and support the restaurants around us as much as we can! But this wasn’t the amazing first experience that we had last year. On the other hand, the bartender knows what they are doing! We ordered the Jalisco & the John Daly and both are incredibly flavorful and strong! Also, the hostess working on 10/29/2021 was so sweet! All in all, I would try them out. The bar is really nice and so is the restaurant. But, I wouldn’t expect it to be the best BBQ spot in town.

Great spot on the way from downtown to the iconic Portland Head Lighthouse! Enjoyed a beer on the patio with some amazing ribs. Wife defined it as devine. Was a great first meal in Maine. Glad the pup could join us on the patio. Drinks were good too! Great atmosphere as well, love the garage feel.

Loved it! Amazing staff very mindful of what you need and if you are enjoying your food. I over hear them ask if a guy wasn't enjoying his beer and offers to get him something else he might enjoy more. The staff is very dedicated and they match the food quality very well. I will miss it when I go back to Utah. Very good can't say it enough.

Rest assured, we're closely following all of the State-mandated regulations and recommendations of the CDC to meet health guidelines, operate safely, and keep you protected when you dine with us. Prevention measures include (but are not limited to): Modified HVAC System - We have made state of the art upgrades to our HVAC system to help with air quality which include the use of newly installed UV lights, medical grade air filters and accelerated air filtration. Physical distancing - While we will place ample distance between tables, we have also installed plexiglass between tables to increase safety. Facial coverings - All staff, vendors, and patrons will be required to wear a face covering when not seated at a table. Occupancy limits - We will follow State guidelines in terms of occupancy limits inside our restaurants. Hand hygiene, cleaning, and disinfecting - We continue to reinforce our cleaning and disinfecting policies.
