The person I worked with, Stacey, was so kind and helpful. She guided me through my first time dropping off a specific type of item. Great experience. Thanks, Stacey!

Process was easy and quick. I was assisted closely by the store representative to use kiosk machines to enter the sender/receiver addresses and then he guided me to the payment counter and shown his screen on the delivery options and recommended best option as well.

Ordered a package - driver said my apartment didn’t exist. My apartment is very easy ti find, on the ground floor and the numbers are clearly written on the building. I confirmed the address TWICE and the shipper did as well. I live in apartments with a HUB and an open front office. The package could have been left there. Instead - I had to PAY $7.99 to have it left at this place for pickup, drive over 10 miles one way (with elevated gas prices) to pick it up. Good luck reaching a representative on the phone - it’s all automated with no option to speak to someone live. Because the driver was either too lazy to actually look for my apartment and/or to dumb to think outside the box and deliver to a HUB or an apartment office. I do have to say the guy at the pickup location was very nice and apologetic. No refund was offered but I got two bottles of water. Come on people - this is ridiculous.

Not sure - but I would call ahead - let them know - give permission and bring ID. They would have to let you know.
The customer counter is only opened Monday through Friday.
Depends if it was a small package more than likely it was loaded on the wrong truck and will be on your front door promptly. Large packages however are causing massive problems since ups lacks the resources to fit all the refrigerators, exercise equipment, furniture, lawnmowers and other large parcels on the truck that have been trending in e-commerce as of lately. Could be at least a week.
Hard to say depends on the dimensions of the package, not to mention the rates fluctuate. You're probably looking anywhere between 50 to 100 dollars at least. Unless the ball has sentimental value you're better off ordering it off an online retailer and having it sent to Highlands ranch since e-commerce sites get the best shipping rates. The other option is send it ground for 20 to 30 bucks. Ohio to Colorado is typically only 3 days via ground
