Walked in and nobody talked to be for 15 minutes while I just stood at the desk. After the 15 minutes they finally approached me and told me that everyone was going on lunch. I asked to waiting in the waiting room and they said no. What’s the point of having a waiting room?

Super quick and easy. Yeah it’s more expensive but it’s worth the extra cost. Was able to get an appointment immediately, only took a few minutes to get my sample and results came in the exact time frame they promised. Will definitely be back.
