I worked for this company and when I asked to see my back ground check that they claim to do, it took them 10 months because they didn't do it until I asked to see it. Melissa the staffing coordinator is horrible and the company covers up the lies like when of my clients that lived in a facility had bedbugs..I was told not to return to that site..You will never meet but 2 people that work in the office...only Melissa will be the contact person and she acts like she owns your soul.. and has been with the company for years and works from home so she can care for her adult child...can't get a real job so she makes everyone else pay with her disrespect...Go work for yourselves,, post on craigs list...there is a need and you don't need these agencies to lie and take your money...

I wish I read the reviews before I started working here. As a former caregiver from this company I do not recommend you get help or work from here. The supervisor of scheduling is extremely rude and unprofessional to not only workers, but also patients over the phone. I was blown away at the disrespect towards my patients whenever they received a call from the manager of scheduling when I was with them, she would literally talk back with attitude and argue with them. Patients are also without care for periods of time without any indication on when they would have someone again. If the company is so short staffed they need to treat their employees like people. The job itself I loved but I suggest any other company. Just read the reviews, trust me.

Coming from a caregiver that worked at this company right at home is a horrible and disgusting place to have help your family and work at. I have received threats from the owner and nothing but attitude and disrespect from the supervisors. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Right at Home caregivers are highly trained and can handle tough situations and challenging clients. Many of our caregivers have special certifications and/or experience in different areas of the senior care continuum, but they all receive continuing education through Right at Home University to grow their skills through online coursework, webinars, and in-person group training.
