Yes sold in rings like Kruez and Smittys. Difference is they cut slices in it. I hate that, so I ask the to not cut them.

Best brisket in Dallas. You better go early because they sell out quick. Try the jalapeno beans and jalapeno margarita.

Brisket was moist and tender. Good smoke flavor. I liked their sauce as well.
Brisket usually goes first, but most other meats are available by 7. (Night by night thing, be forewarned).
