I've driven by this place quite a few times and finally stopped in. Ribs were tender , had good flavor and fell off the bone. Jalapeno cheese sausage was good. I requested a moist cut of brisket - the moist portion was very good but the leaner part on the bottom of the cut was a little dry for my preference but still good flavor.

I travel a bunch for business & a friend turned me on to Slow Bone. Now, it is a must that I stop whenever I am in town. Everything is on point & the fried chicken is amazing! I will be there soon for another round of great food! Keep up the great work!!

This is one of my favorite BBQ places in Dallas. The ribs are SO good, the sausage and brisket are great, and honestly, the fried chicken is killer too! And, you can't go wrong with any of the sides. The only downside is how busy it can get at peak times, which complicates parking, ordering time, and seating, but it's well worth it! Update to this review: I still wholeheartedly agree with my review above - the BBQ here is outstanding- but their prices have gotten so outrageously high that I can't justify a 5-star rating anymore. I realize prices are up everywhere, but one medium portion lunch with only one side and an iced tea for $25 is a bit out of hand...
