Went inside to order, they were out of chicken for my quesadilla so I said ok use steak. I also ordered a couple soft potato tacos. My food was absolutely smothered with chipotle sauce, I could only eat half of it before I had to throw it away. I didn’t order a sauce taco or sauceadilla. Disgusting. The inside was very loud rap music with vulgar language playing. Not welcoming to a customer. Don’t know how the business runs at this location still. They were also out of bags and handing food out in cardboard taco party pack boxes. Meaning someone is not doing inventory checks right.

I’m sorry I ate this horrible mess without taking pictures. I just got the 3 Beef Soft Tacos Supreme at the drive thru. A thin slurry of hamburg in the bottom, with a bit of lettuce and salsa carelessly thrown on one end; cheese on one was actually on the outside of the taco. Sloppily made, way short on fillings, they looked nothing like the pictures. Never, ever going back!

My lady and I stopped here after a long snowy hike at Presumscot Falls. She’s Vegan and her orders are usually “complicated” but the dude working the register was super helpful and patient and her grub was great! I bet we will be back again!

This location has gone downhill in the past few months. Multiple items missing from orders and items that are straight-up wrong.

Yes it is open the new owners are are from out west have only been to Maine once or twice to re hire employees exc, management is pretty much the same Extremely weak in all core areas! There's an overwhelming amount of communication which leads to mass confusion and nothing gets done "too many chiefs and not enough Indians" so taco bell had a few positions within the company that are 100 percent ineffective one being a position called a "area coach" this position Is complete joke on so many levels a General manager of a restaurant is a very strong and important link between the owners from there managers and or shift leaders and then crew members a General managers should without s doubt have a higher education of a minimum of 2 years with absolutely no less then 5 years of experience in customer service this is a minimum requirement for a individual with an education and natural ability to be a leader and teacher sufficient in interpersonal communication along with a strong management
