Stopped in on a Sunday morning around 8am and only 1 other table was taken. I had high hopes of a great breakfast burrito after reading reviews. I ordered it with sausage, bacon and onions. Food came out in regular time of about 15 min. I couldn't believe how flavorless it was. It was 80% half-cooked potato (not even hashbrown form), 10% egg, 8% bacon and sausage, 2% cheese. Very very little sausage and bacon. Almost no cheese at all. Why bother putting any cheese on basically. Tortilla tasted really cheap and was not toasted like most places do. Who wraps a breakfast burrito in a cold tortilla? My girlfriend had an omelette and she took it apart mostly cause it was soaked in oil. I felt really bad that her plate was actually worse than mine. I wouldn't even touch it as I saw her plate coated in oil. It did have at least a good amount of sausage though. Her's has very little flavor too and slid around her plate of oil. I couldn't blame the food on it being busy as we were the only breakfast cooking for 45 min. In all honesty I had to try other drinks and food after leaving just to make sure I didn't lose my sense of taste to COVID. I couldn't believe it was just the food having no flavor at all. I almost target it taste bad but have taste at least. As much as I tried to like the food here and support a small business, only the watermelon was good. Not worth the $30. Service was ok. He asked what we would like to order but nothing else. I'm being as positive as I can here. He wasn't appreciative of having a paying customer walk in and want food. He spent most of his time looking at his phone waiting for us and the other table to finish so he could charge us. My opinion is they don't want to be a thriving business and only want to get by and their food can't even match their little desire to be good. I wish I could blame the poor service and tasteless good on it being busy, but I can't find an excuse for them today.

Fabulous little diner/cafe in Newport. The food was delicious and came out quickly. I was impressed with the service.

The atmosphere was alright nothing special. It's awesome that the food was all "homemade" but it was bland and lacking on all fronts.
