This place is VERY nice! The people there are over the top nice. We went there looking for ideas for our patio and found every type of patio furniture you can think of. The prices are high but the quality is top notch so the price to quality seems like a good value. You also get free drinks and snacks while you shop!

While the sales person was as helpful as he could be, the overall service was awful. it took over a year to get new cushions. And when we did get them we had to return some to be remade. The cushions were supposed to be like the ones we were replacing but they are not made anything like the original ones. We are very disappointed in our experience with Sunnyland, even though we understand that a lot of the issue was not their fault. They did not keep us notified of the delays and it was left up to me to "keep checking" and after more than a year that got very old.

Purchase new umbrella to match the patio furniture we bought 4yrs ago. Brent was extremely pleasant and not pushy at all. We had it delivered today (2 days later!! 103 temps so very much needed shade) both Jerriod and Kole/Karl (i think) were very nice and spent lots of time showing me all the features and adjustments. 5 * overall.

Not sure, but I called them and they were very helpful about inventory at both stores in the Dallas area.
Our staff is taking temperatures daily and continues to wear masks when they are not in their offices and we are continuing to wipe down and disinfect frequently touched surfaces. We still highly encourage our customers to wear a mask and find that most of them are complying. For the safety of our staff, we do not ask our team members to confront or remove guests who are not wearing a mask. Our stores are rather large so it’s easy for our guests in most cases to remain socially distant while shopping our showroom.
