*First, I'd like to state that I am an actual human being, not a robot nor am I a paid reviewer. I purchased my macbook pro from a pawn shop roughly four years ago as a means for me to more aptly pursue a music career, Apple products are great for entertainment and the arts. Fast forward a year or so, I let a friend of mine borrow the computer and after a series of unfortunate events, it was returned to me, albeit slightly more different. I thought the computer was useless and in enters Juan. I searched the DFW metroplex for about a week to find someone willing to restore my macbook pro back working condition. After visiting (to no avail) about five different shops around me, I decided to call Juan and his shop in hopes of even having my phone call answered (as it hadn't been with the five shops prior). Not only did he answer, he addressed my concerns promptly and was able to give me a rough estimate. That was nearly a month ago-- Juan has serviced my macbook pro TWICE now (fixing errors such as restoring the MacOS, he increased the RAM for free, did a cleaning, AND was able to partition the macbook so that it is Windows operable) and he's done an outstanding job! He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and diligent in working towards resolving issues. Again, I'm not a robot nor am I getting paid to leave this review, I just understand how crucial it is to leave feedback for a business and Juan is the way to go! I HIGHLY recommend contacting him for any mac-needs you may have!
