I love that it is 24hrs and that on Tuesdays bowl free. I enjoy the food, BUT the staff is horrible. The heavy set lady behind the bar is so freaking rude!! she has a bad attitude with certain people if you know what I mean. Then you have the old man at the register, omg he's so rude and standoffish. The other guy usually puts the 2 hrs on our board when we start bowling, well the older white man said he doesn't do that. He said he does things HIS WAY and adds the hour as you finish each hour. so I have to go tell him to add an hour instead of him just doing it to begin with. The only pleasant staff are the younger, slim clean up guy with the hat and the hispanic man with the dallas cowboys collard shirt. Even though we pay approx $17 to bowl for 2hrs, we still purchase food and alcohol, so we are consumers that should be treated better. I won't write this place off because I enjoy coming here because of the friends we have made but I hope management takes our reviews into consideration about their staff. ( I saw multiple complaints about the bartender and older man at the counter)

We've been to this location multiple times and were not able to get lanes every time. We've waited for an hour or two each time and still waited because the man at the front counter always gave away available lanes to regulars even though they came in much later. Anytime we went up to try and talk to him or ask for help, he would act very rudely to us, rolling his eyes or cutting us off before we talk. Not going to this location again.

From a league bowler perspective, these are the best maintained lanes in the metroplex. House shot is simple but lots of opportunities in leagues to bowl on different oil patterns. Highly recommended fife those serious about bowling.
