Yes. That is fine. Just let our check in team know that you are both separate households. We have many families who come to us that are living with friends because of finances.
We try to help every neighbor who stops by our food pantry. Generally, a majority of the families we serve are families who own homes and have access to a kitchen to prepare meals. A lot of the food we give out is fresh produce and raw ingredients that need to be prepared. We have served a handful of homeless individuals and we usually provide a modified bag of food that can be eaten without cooking. There are several programs in the area that operate soup kitchens and provide hot meals which are generally more helpful to individuals who do not have access to a kitchen.

Hi Kristen and Jemetria, we are so sorry we somehow missed this message. We have remained open all through Covid and simply switched to an outside service model. You are all welcome to visit during our regular hours, Thursdays, 3:30-6:00pm and Saturdays, 8:30-11:00am.
Can more than one person get food box at same address? A friend need help live with me
No, they will help anyone that comes in need. You will need an ID and proof of residence- utility bill and that is all. On Saturdays people start getting in line around 8am, but you get a lot of food. Always check the calendar to make sure they are open before going.
Unfortunately we do not currently have any services for helping with housing. We usually refer individuals needing housing to other agencies like the Assistance Center of Collin County, Salvation Army, or women's shelters that deal specifically with domestic violence or other issues. You are still welcome to visit our food pantry for assistance with food or to our clothing closet for clothing items.
