This place has a car wash right next to my window the people are loud and play loud music all day even weekends and dont care if you work nights and have to rest in the day. Bad place to move theres never any peace.

I want to SEND an apology specially to Daina Who was the manager at Westland 49 when I moved. In my review I was not referring to her. She is a good manager. I'm writing another review because what happen was that the check for the REFUND lost in it's way. It wasn't my fault and neither the management. I Sent an email some months ago that I had not received the check and I didn't have an answer. That was the reason of my bad review. Sorry. It was no my intention to harm anyone. .

This apartment building is beautiful but most importantly the service, is 10/10. I always get helped by Ronny L. and his service is top notch. He always makes sure to return my calls, put in my work orders, and ALWAYS goes above and beyond for me and my family. If you’re thinking of moving here, do it!

These are the apartments behind Westland that have a sign outside of "WESTLAND49". The prices for an apt of a room vary according to the size between 1200 to 1500. Call the association to see availability and prices. Now they have repaired many of them and they are new
