Harpers Point Apartments offer everything you could possibly want in terms of affordability, attentiveness to the needs of the residents, and a striving to always make this a :"great place to live". The grounds are so beautiful and buildings are well maintained. Office staff are always ready to care for our needs in a timely and respectful manner. We love it here and cannot imagine living anywhere else!!!

I went here once to visit my best friend and it was awesome. The apartment she lived in looked super nice, they have yards that look really pretty that the local ducks sometimes went in, the public pool was really big and it was great (except for when I slipped and fell underwater) and we got to go to a beach and a little place that i think wasn't in a box but it was full of sand and it had a bucket and me and my best friend built a sand castle and it was amazing there. If i lived in an apartment that wasn't at Harper's Point I would beg my parents to move here near my best friend. And if you're moving into an apartment i would 100% recommend this place. But just so you know the apartments might be a little cold. If you come here I hope that you loved this placce as much as I do.

If you have maintenance issues or any concerns and need help from the management office, forget about it. It’s been Since June or July We moved in and my bathroom still has mold, my maintenance ticket is still pending. Caulking is done so poorly over existing mold, hasn’t been scrapped off and re done correctly that now I have pink mildew that I’m constantly having to handle. Our first bathroom ticket, was done so poorly and half done and we waited a month and after a month you’d think it’s get done properly right? No. Also called the office numerous times about trouble from my upstairs neighbor and they still haven’t called us back, no one is ever available to answer calls or return calls or emails. I was giving some grace because it’s covid. But I’m going On my 5th month now with absolutely no help!! The maintenance done in our apartment before move in was done in a pure laziness or a quick fix to keep it moving. Patch work cover ups and pure laziness that they cannot give us a call back for anything we need assistance in and we let them know the month we moved in and created the tickets. if I knew how bad the management office and maintenance was I would have never moved in here! Update : Wrote this review 10/04 and got a call the next morning 10/05. Have to write reviews to receive calls back because their office is too busy.. Magically maintenance was able come out the same day..

A great community with a very convenient location. Walking trail around and throughout the property, and the complex backs right up to lovely Weller park. The landscape overhaul is beautiful. There are fun community events, and a great little pub on the premises. A variety of floor plans. The office, bar, and management staff are all very friendly and responsive. I almost overlooked this gem because there are no garages or carports. I visited at the recommendation of a friend, and I'm SO GLAD I DID!!
