I wasn't able to move in when I was supposed to. Had to wait extra time for a counter to be done sloppily and the floor boards to move and hurt my boyfriends toe and some of the coloring of the floor to be missing in my bedroom. Bugs! I hate bugs. Maintenance response pretty good. Nice staff. Nice neighbors. Adorable dogs in the building. A weak 6/10 for me.

Horrible disgusting poor management… they fixed things on their own time we didn’t have heat this past winter no hot water for weeks on ends… bugs… random inspections cus of nosey neighbors.. random charges on rent for no reason fire alarm going off every 2-3 weeks elevators down door codes not working when we had enough and broke the lease our mail started to come up missing before we moved out don’t let them scam you

Water has been leaking down my ceilings in my apartment for years and the water does not get hot for nothing. It's infested and trifling PLEASE DON'T LET THEM TRICK YOU INTO MOVING IN HERE LIKE THEY DID THE REST OF US.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is DISGUSTING. Bug infested & ceilings leaking. They do not respond to emails and do not know how to communicate. They always have an excuse for something. They also lie about a lot of things. Do not move here.
