I have lived in the townhomes here 3 different times and have had a positive experience. The first time I was here 4 years 2nd time 1 and this time I've been here 3 years. The management is awesome, very friendly and responsive to my needs. Maintenance is very friendly and responsive when there is a problem. On the down side I hate my windows 😁. The price is good but I hate the fact that the rent increases every year. Its usually pretty quiet but like anywhere you live there are going to be those that don't respect others. They have been very responsive Everytime I've had a problem or complaint. When I had surgery last year management and maintenance checked in on me which really meant a lot to me. Thank you BRG for caring about your residents.

I have been living here since March 2019 and I really enjoy it. The complex is pretty quiet. The apartment is spacious. Neighbors are friendly. I would recommend this apartment complex to people.
