Although we didn’t end up living at Ag47 (sadly the timing wasn’t right for us with the floor plans that were available) we had such a great experience with Taylor. She was genuinely so kind and great at keeping up with communication over the few months we talked. The property itself is beautiful and we’re really bummed we couldn’t live here. But we will definitely keep Ag in mind the next time we move because of how well our experience with Taylor was. If you decide to check it out I suggest setting up a tour with her.

Overall, the aesthetic and style of the apartments are top-notch. The layouts I lived in (1B) & (2B) had proper storage, counter space, and SQFT for what you pay. The location is perfect for those who work either downtown of north of the city (easy to get on 71). Most of my negative experiences came from constant management changes as well as unprofessional response times. Often times I had to follow up 3-4 times on requests (or one instance where I referred a potential resident). During my two years at AG47, I think we had roughly 2+ property managers and 4+ leasing agents. The current property manager oversees AG47 as well as OneRookwood, so her time is split. If you're just looking for a place to live for one year (specials are strong, not willing to work with you as a long term resident), this is a great place for you.

Haley is probably the nicest property manager I've encountered as a renter. She is kind, professional and enthusiastic. The complex seems to have everything anyone could ever need. Move in process was smooth. So many dogs here, it's like heaven! I recommend this place :)

I am SO confused reading the "low" reviews. We LOVE our new home! We just moved in, and had a completely hassle-free move in process. Haley and Anee were very communicative, and explained the fee structure up-front. There were no surprises. We have seen respectful and comprehensive cleaning and landscaping almost every day. There is a Tide Clearners drop off box, which we LOVE. The pool is beautiful, and the patio is gorgeous. The neighborhood is safe, just on the edge of Silverton near Kenwood Mall and Trader Joe's. The only down side we have seen is the Silverton tax rate, but that doesn't feel like a downside based on the amenities. My partner enjoys the workout room. AND THERE ARE SO MANY DOGS! SO MANY DOGS!!
