I have seen a LOT of people having problems with that service dept. I had some issues with them too. Just stay on them. They resolved my problems eventually. But I had to make a lot of noise and actually spoke with the dealership owners wife before I got results.

it's a good dealership fair pricing and good service.

I mean them recommending things that should be done telling me things that they did on my vehicle and never did. For example you tell me that you cannot complete a diagnostic test because my battery is dead but then you charge me $150 for a diagnostic test how if my battery is dead then I need a new battery that I've had for a year but now I'm out of my warranty so I don't qualify for the three year warranty on that battery they just do things backwards I don't understand. Every time I brought my vehicle to the dealership because of the warranty I had to bring it back because once they fix something they broke something else and never took responsibility for and I never used to have issues with things until I took it to them to get fixed
