Schedule a pickup last week was told it would be picked up on Thursday this week today between 8 & 5 here it is 6:30 and now they're telling me I'm not on the schedule Very pathetic service I Will never use them again

FOR THE SECOND TIME I HAVE SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR HOME PICK DONATIONS AND FOR THE SECOND TIME NO ONE HAS SHOWN UP. OVER THE COURSE OF A WEEK I HAVE LEFT FIVE MESSAGES FOR A CALL BACK TO CONFIRM THE EXACT TIME. I KNEW IT WAS SATURDAY MORNING BUT WANTED TO CONFIRM THAT IT WAS BETWEEN 10-12. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN CALL FROM THE FIVE MESSAGES. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. CLEARLY THEY DON'T NEED THAT MANY DONATIONS OR THEY WOULD SHOW UP AND RETURN CALLS..
