The driver is late still haven’t got my package he was closed by why couldn’t drop it off when he was near by this doesn’t make any sense my location always has to be the last one it was supposed to be here at 4:30 now it’s 4:46 still nothing this is the worse service ever

My pkg in in the Mesquite Hub. I was told by UPS 800 number that it would be transferred to the Arlington hub then delivered between 1-5 tomorrow. Is there a way for me to pick up at the Arlington Hub before the timeline of 1-5?

You actually can if you have a return shipping label. There is a customer counter area that you can have drop off packages, have labels made, and pick up packages.
