Clean and quiet. Not a ton of people so thr kiddos could run around easily!

can you fly rc planes there

Depends on several things. More than three miles away from any registered rc airport. More than 5 miles from regular airport as long as you fly below 400 feet. And last but not least gas powered aircraft are not allowed in public parks only electric.

can dogs be off leash?

I believe dogs are allowed. Last time I went, someone brought their dog. Just make sure you pick up after your dog.
