Just watched a guy hit two kids with his trailer, the campground doesn't mind. Is letting him stay because it was just an 'accident'.. many witnesses also complaining he has been driving around over 20 mph with many people yelling at him to slow down. Would not recommend, not very safe for kids. Update: they didn't do anything because 'no workers witnessed it'.. Unfortunately, many phone calls to the office and the emergency line.. and nobody answered as the driver was driving around recklessly, but if a 4 year old shows up at the pool without a wristband.. they are quick to question you!

Great place for family camping in the Rustic Cabins. My family has been going for 5 years and counting. We're going back next year. Lots of things to do. My son caught his first fish this year! FYI - rent a golf cart it's so much fun with the kids! My kids love it!

Great family camping. Fun things for kids to do. Just wish the dog access to the pond better, but overall, great for families, nice clean sites.

We made reservations here for the summer of 2019. My mom unexpectedly passed away and we canceled our reservation. They issued us a voucher for the $800 we paid because we were within the cancelation window. We planned to use it the next summer. Then covid happened. So we didn't use the voucher because we were in a global pandemic. We tried to use the voucher last summer but they had no available dates for us. I have been trying to just get a refund and they will not just issue us one. I asked the manager if I could speak with the owners and she told me that the owners do not speak to customers! What?!! What business owners won't speak to their customers?! I feel like none of this was in our control and at this point they should refund our money. I also called them and asked to speak with a manager and they said she would call me and I waited almost 2 months for a call back and never got one. I had to call them back myself and no one ever answers the phones there.

I personally could not access any free wifi. The only wifi we were able to get was if we were lucky enough to have service on our phones & if we had data plans They do offer wifi packages.
$75 per night for a site near the gate with a 5th wheel camper. Includes all hookups. Bring your own coax for cable TV. Very quiet and private.
Fishing is free with any type of rental. Ex. From a tent to a premium waterfront suite. We had a dock with our premium wf cabin & even our rustic cabin at one point, however when we rented a full service cabin, all docks were booked up, so we were able to dock near the office. There is a fee for docking but not fishing. It also Depends on whether they're booked up or not in regards to obtaining a dock with your cabin rental. Unfortunatley No public docks on lake dean that that I've found thus far. Hope this helps! Ps. Caught some nice 5lb Bass this year!

Yes. My kid enjoyed the fishing and you can buy worms from the rec office. Be sure to use small hooks. However we did catch 2 bass from the docks. We had a great a time.
Yes, they do.. I believe they are somewhat expensive, Maybe close to $100 a day..I dont recall the exact amount. They do have deals here and there but kind of rare, Although very helpful to have especially if your campsite/cabin/etc is far away.
