Here's my experience at Redhouse. Ordered a sandwich, bagel with lox and home fries online. It's 45 mins later and I'm still standing here waiting with several other frustrated customers. I've already watched 3 people leave and come back in because they were missing items in their order. 1 woman had a completely wrong order. As I'm typing this one guy who finally received his online order had to go and get his own drink that was on the order as they just gave him his food portion of the order. I understand waiting on what may be good food TBD but this is beyond reasonable. Just got home. This is a JOKE. This is the Nova lox??? 1 tiny sliver? Horrible. Downgrading from a 2 ⭐ to 1 ⭐. Wouldn't recommend or go back.

Could be the time you went, I find it hit or miss depending on the crowd. They seem to get very flustered when crowded.
Its not expensive Donald, you're just cheap. I would pay double what they charge, because they are, by far, the best bagels around.

Yes, they moved to Hulmeville Rd, easier to get to, without all of the traffic! Great upgrade inside the store as well!
