Found a car online that was not on the lot yet, Dominique confirmed it was on the way. She did text me when it came in that following Saturday I drove over 200 miles away for this Jeep. When getting to the numbers they were WAY higher than expected. Not sure why when we went in with an approval letter from capital one. We got to finance and come to find out the warranty she told us about was incorrect, so we had to purchase another warranty making it much more monthly.... Along with that they choose a finance company for me.... so warning going in with an approval letter for $62k to buy $30k jeep means nothing. I also asked for a full tank of gas went to go leave had a little over a quarter. I walked back in told them i wanted a full tank got laughed at then had the manager fill up my tank. My family has purchased over 3 trucks here in the last 5 years a little frustrating.
