I purchased a vehicle from them recently. I had to wait for the mechanic to inspect the cat before taking ownership from them and at 36 miles the check engine light came on. It is misfiring on cylinder 5. I immediately called them and was pretty much told Oh Well! I asked for management and was told he was busy and would have to call me later in the day possibly tomorrow. It's been 2 weeks now and still not heard anything from them. Would rate zero stars if I could. Do not buy a vehicle from them. They don't guarantee that you will make it home much less.

This piece of work salesman JEFFERSON sold me a Kia which ended up being a rinky dink car that was water logged and broke down 2 days after purchasing it. They claim to have a no refund policy after signing. I gave them $14,000 for this car and traded in my Altima. They wouldn't give me a dollar back and now I don't have a car to pick up my kids or get to work. Jefferson told me I should've read the contract and theres nothing he can do. He lied directly to me when going over the car fax and history. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

You cannot give zero stars unfortunately. This is a rip off shop. There is nobody there including the managers or the owner that has any diagnostic skills. I have seen them charge a customer over $4,000 for a rebuilt transmission when it was a wiring issue caused by rodents the entire time. This is an ongoing scenario there. ** Avoid**
