By far the rudest Staff. If you want to go somewhere that makes the customer feel like they are wasting the employees time this is your place.Not all employees are this way but the staff working today at 1130am were very very rude. I went to go pick up an online order and they didn't have it. And the lady I spoke with just said we don't have it and walked off. As I was annoying her. And wouldn't even let me place the order when I got there. Just tells me I need to contact my people. Another lady came in and had the same thing happen. Then they wouldn't answer the phone when I called about this. It seemed that they were not wanting to make the online orders. Customer service is a thing of the past. And if keep having employees like this your business is going to suffer.

Absolutely disgusting!!!! Firehouse is normally great, but something isn’t right at this location. Sandwich isn’t even edible it has so much mayonnaise on it. Literally a massive amount even leaking out of the side. My wife’s sandwich also had several toppings on it that were specifically requested to not be on it.
