They were great at getting me a car and helping me keep my monthly payments in my price range. Car was not cleaned up before I got it and o2 sensor needed to be changed and that was put on paperwork to be done but now we set a day up and I brought car to them they are not even open and it’s 30 minutes past time. I feel like they are just sending me in loops and not trying to keep their end of deal. I’m looking into legal help since I have forms stating they would do so! The o2 sensor is killing my gas and it’s just plain wrong to do people like this! I thought they were great but now I’m really wondering! I used to tell everyone to come here and how great they were but I think it was all a show!

Very Poor customer service. Not very much effort put forward by the sales staff to help make a sale or to get a very good trade in. Definitely felt like I was not valued as a potential customer. Didn’t get a chance to get the vehicle I really wanted and was already test drove. Mind was made up but just never got to close the deal due to a lack of communication and effort.
