It has been a long and drawn out affair... Everything has been later that promised...The installation was delayed by weeks, the electrician was suppose to come a couple days later and that was delayed by weeks, the worker who was in charge of connecting the wires to the solar panels left halfway through because he said he was tired and hot. This was suppose to be finished in August and here it is October, and it's still not completed...They talk the talk but don't walk the walk. Regretting my decision going with this company.

Initially everything was great until I started to find nuts and bolts coming down the roof. When I called them, I was told that probably installers left some loose bolts on the roof, nothing to worry about. Until windier day blew off couple of panels. First I was told that “This is act of God, and I have to deal with this myself “ After showing them pictures with the dates, they finally decided to send crew out to fix it. Over last year, I have picked up 4 more panel fixtures and one bigger bolt. Didn’t pay much attention to it until yesterday’s heavy wind blew 3 more panels off on tilt side. This time I went to the roof myself to check. Mystery solved with bigger bolt, it’s part of the main structure and smaller bolts what hold panels in place. Since wind flipped panels over, broken roof tiles I have to deal with now. Also several roof tiles are broken previously and fixed with the silicon by previous installation or fixing crew. Be very careful who you hire to install. Titan is not much interested to deal with you, after they get their money. Have been on hold on the phone over an hour now. Update After 1 hour and 35 minutes waiting , I was told that in 48 hours someone will call me back to schedule technician to come out. Meanwhile I have 3 number of 60+ pound panels completely loose, waiting to take off, on the roof. I also noticed that half the brackets what holds structure on the roof are bent and loose as well. Let’s hope that there is no wind for next week or so

Everything was fine until my panels never got finished being installed. They were put on the roof at the beginning of June (4 months ago). They should have been up and running a few weeks after that. I have had 3 crews come out since June. The first two crews were not prepared with accurate plans or materials, and the third crew basically said the way it's done now isn't even going to pass the inspection and left. They are impossible to get ahold of to speak to about these issues. The sales guys I originally worked with aren't even working for them anymore, and I'm about to tell them to get it done this week, or come take them off so I can have a competent company redo them. I'm extremely patient and understanding but I have reached my limit. I was stuck with my high $400+ electric bills over the summer when I should have had solar already, and now I'm about to pay my high winter bills because they're STILL not working. Completely frustrated and disappointed. And before the guy comes on and says please contact us, oh I already have. Multiple times. No response.

I was referred to them by a sales person. They turned out to be totally incompetent. They wasted a lot of our time. They really had no idea how to put together a solar system. No communication whatsoever. We fired them and got much better results with a local Atlanta company called Solar Plus.

Run away, Suresh. Hoping you didn't walk down a path with this company, it's been a HORROR SHOW. I signed over a year ago and it's still not operational. Every inspection has failed. The plans were so far from code it was shocking. They're impossible to get a hold of, very understaffed, and VERY unprofessional. I'm now paying the $300 / month electric bill I was hoping to be rid off last year, on TOP of the solar loan bill I now pay each month. (Titan promised to reimburse the monthly loan payment to me until system was operational, but they stopped after 3 months - they are now three months behind.)
I just do the landscaping there
Hi Ariene, Titan would love to address your concerns. Please email [email protected] with your property address and a customer care manager will reach out asap.
Hi Adam, we apologize that this has been your experience. A member of our management team is following up on your project to ensure that it is not at a stand still. They will reach out and keep you updated.
Hmm...not sure what to tell you there. I used to work there but decided to move on. I wouldn't say that customer service is their strong point. Try this number...+14805998686 David Williamson. He's one of the owners. Hope you're able to get in touch with them.

What number are you calling?
Hi Mike, please reach out to your initial sales representative who can get you prices on adding a battery to the system.
