We use this law firm for all of our business. Andrew Fitch is hands-down one of the best attorneys there are and highly respected by judges.

Incompetent: Ed Fitch advised that I would need to sell my deceased father's house within a certain time frame to avoid having it put in mine and my sister's name. In reality, I was not able to sell until AFTER this time frame. This error resulted in the sale falling through. I now know that this is pretty basic stuff that Ed botched. Lack of attention to detail: When I received the small estate affidavit that Fitch and Neary prepared, it was riddled with errors and had clearly not been proof read: phone numbers with only 6 digits, duplicate sections, misspelled words. Most of all, terrible communication: Ed Fitch was impossible to get ahold of. I would call multiple times per week with relatively urgent questions - no response. Once I visited their office to pick up some paperwork and had a very quick question - instead of coming out to meet me, we played a game of 'shout telephone' between me, the office assistant and Ed's paralegal through her open door down the hall. I brought up my dissatisfaction with Ed's poor communication via email and he chose not to acknowledge it. I know some clients are a pain and have a bad experience based on their own issues. Take it with a grain of salt but this my first ever review and I'm getting along great with my new attorney. These guys just aren't good at their job.

Very good Firm! Andrew listens to his client and gives good advise in the best interest of the client and children. If your looking for a Lawyer for divorce, business, and all other law, Andrew is the attorney you want to hire. He is extremely knowledgeable in all types of law. I highly recommend this law firm! Today was also the close of our divorce case. Many can’t walk away from a divorce saying they felt good when owning two businesses. Andrew will help protect you and your future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and has been retained by our business for future use.

Although Andrew is a very nice guy, I would not trust him with any family law matter. Due to his lack of preparation and unwillingness to listen to my pleas to communicate information to the judge during a PHONE hearing for temporary parenting time, I now only get to see my son for a total of 24 hours every other weekend. After two years of 50/50 week on, week off parenting time, Andrew cost me almost all visitation with my son. The judge scolded him for only requesting one hour for the hearing. After opposing counsel had eaten up 45 minutes of the hour, the judge offered to reschedule and Andrew declined, despite my desperate pleas for him to reschedule. He insisted that we could finish quickly. Considering the stakes at hand, I don't think trying to jam our arguments into 15 minutes was prudent. And when the hearing was over, and my time with my son had been ripped away, rather than discussing next steps, he practically ran out of the room to get to his next meeting which he had booked way too close to our hearing. Needless to say, I have since acquired a much more experienced family law attorney.
