No admission fee, it is just some walkways in parking lot of the Library. Well worth a visit...
This place is just a Very Nice garden on the grounds of the library. You just wonder around at your leisure. They don't not offer wheelchair rentals.
Call and ask the library, I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem.
It's outside the library so the only food available is from vending machines located inside
