EDITED TO 3 Stars: Okay, Sunset sent a service person out who was awesome. Did the rest of the hookup (apparently the original delivery team didn’t fully hook it up which is why it wasn’t working properly) and gave us an orientation. So, so helpful. Original Review: Took delivery today on a spa we ordered three weeks ago. Delivery team was in a hurry to get to their next delivery - and they told us so. Spa arrived with broken parts. We were told at the time of purchase that we would get a warranty explanation as well as an orientation about how the spa works upon delivery - we got neither. Our kids just got home from school so we took them out back to show it to them - there is an error on the screen and it doesn’t work at all. Such a disappointing display of terrible customer service. Our oldest is having a party on Saturday- will update to inform review readers whether or not it is working by then. Get your spa elsewhere!

The staff was great, very professional and knowledgeable about the spas. We learned a lot. We made our first swim spa, can't wait to get in it
