This place is just a Very Nice garden on the grounds of the library. You just wonder around at your leisure. They don't not offer wheelchair rentals.
I cant say if a wheelchair is able to be rented or borrowed but, wheelchair ramps and restrooms are available to the persons needing such assistance.
