Don't just read the good reviews. Read the BAD ones! Google seems to hide the bad reviews from appearing on the top. The bottom line is, DO NOT trust Speedy Mover's estimated delivery time window, especially if you are moving OUT OF STATE (read other 1 star reviews)! Two guys from Speedy Mover picked up our stuff on June 30, and moved it to a storage unit in Spokane the next day. They said they would deliver it to our new home in Utah by July 15. We called many times and finally got hold of them. But they told us our stuff is still in Spokane! What a joke! Now that we have arrived in our new house, we have to live without any furniture for a while. The manager Ricky seems to be responsive only during the initial quote. After you signed the contract, he pretty much disappeared and never returned any phone call/text message. The front desk is also not responsive and does not know anything about the status of our stuff.

It started with a nice hello on the phone by S. She got the ball rolling. The movers, Christian, Eddy & Alex, where polite and in good spirits. Anastasia in the office was professional and patient. My mom had passed and I needed help moving her furniture from her assisted living apartment to my house. They did a great job with scheduling and communication. Everything was wrapped up and treated with care. Great team & I'd use them again.

I sent in a quote request to three or four places at 11pm. By 10ish am, speedy movers called me and went over the booking process and gave me a rough estimate for what I'd be looking at for the move I needed. They got my on their schedule for the same week and got everything I needed to the new place quickly, including safely breaking down and putting back together some pieces of furniture. The crew moving was fast, friendly, and extremely professional. 10/10 will be booking with Speed Movers the next time I need to move anything big

UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW: Following my review regarding my concerns with a move for one of my seniors, I wrote them a letter outlining my experience with the move. Shortly after receiving said letter, Derek, a manager for Speedy Movers, contacted me regarding my concerns and asked how they could make it right. We came to an equitable solution and as a result I feel comfortable modifying the below review and endorsing their services to others in the Tri Cities area. As their name states they were very responsive to my same day request, and their team did a quality job with the possessions they packed and moved for our senior. I know as a business leader we often fall short of our consumers expectations and the willingness to work with those folks sets a business apart from the rest. Thank you Derek for your willingness to reach out and find a solution to my concern.. ******************* A senior at our campus was moved from one building to the next and was quoted 2-3 hrs for their 1 bedroom 500 sq foot apt. The move took a "team" of 3 almost 7 hrs and the rate quoted was almost double. They then proceeded to charge a credit card that was used as a deposit BUT not set up for automatic charging at the end. Calls and a letter resulted in no response. Please use with caution and watch their production time every minute. If we had had the staff to do this move and help this senior out we would have been able to do it in the 2-3 hrs quoted easily. We even moved the bed prior to their arrival. There was no breakage or problem with the actual move. The issue was when we would go up and check on what was taking so long, the "team" was sitting around, or supervising each one working rather than knocking out the job.
