I had an absolutely great experience. My room was nicer than I expected, it had a jacuzzi style tub in the bathroom that I loved. The pool and hot tub are open 24 hours, so I went swimming multiple times a day. The complimentary breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had. There were 2 types of pre-made omelettes, biscuits and gravy, a pancake maker, a variety of pastries, hard boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, and cereal (the options vary slightly day to day). There were probably more things I forgot about. They even have cookies and milk from 6-8. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

First time getting a room there, Staff very friendly and helpful! Room was clean, bed very comfortable! Pool open 24/7 nice if you want to go for a dip early morning before breakfast!

I highly recommend staying at this particular Holiday Inn, if you find yourself in the Tri-Cities area. 24 hour pool and gym my favorite part, the huge variety of breakfast that was high quality, the very polite and nice customer service, great location right by the mall, not too spendy, very nice clean room, and the bathroom hygiene items that are usually tiny cheap bottles nope try big dove bottles locked into the shower wall. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash and lotion on the counter..I won't stay at another hotel in this area again.

Check in was quick. The room was very clean. I enjoyed sleeping in the comfortable beds. The showers were very hot. The bathroom included whole bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There was also a small Dove's body Lotion. The breakfast had a good variety with an attentive attendant that was quickly refilling items.
