In the middle of the road on this shop. Visited prior, during and after COVID and they always had a good selection of sidearms. Ammo is hit and miss as well as their reloading supplies. Decent selection of AR parts, although they never have a full selection of many of the brands they carry. About 50/50 on customer service. Also if note, don't go if you're 30min from closing. They will not run a background check. They will offer layaway however...yeah no.

Went in to purchase a handgun, but they wouldn't let me field strip a Glock to inspect it. I understand it's their policy, but I will not purchase equipment I cannot inspect first. I will never spend another dollar at this location. **Update to owner's response:** I can appreciate that it's your policy to not allow customers to actually look at your inventory, but it's a lie that this has been your policy for the last 10 years. It is also a lie that "most gun stores" follow this same policy (I have NEVER been to a gun store that wouldn't let me field strip a Glock until today). I have been into your store dozens of times, and taken the slide off of hundreds of Glocks... until today. But that's beside the point... it is my policy to not buy cars I can't pop the hood on. It's my policy to not purchase clothes I cannot try on first. And it's my policy to not purchase a gun I cannot physically look at. I respect your right to not let me actually look at a Glock, but I expect you to respect my right to not purchase a Glock I'm not allowed to look at. So I went down the street, and happily spent my money on a G48 that I was allowed to "pop the hood" on, and actually look at prior to a "non-returnable" policy was applied to it.

Pretty terrible customer service with a lot of attitude when getting transfers. Prices are high. They’ve put one set of Glock sights on for me that flew off after one magazine. Will threaten a storage fee if you can’t come pick up a transfer due to covid quarantine. And the fudd lore and fudd advice you will get here is crazy. Pass on this place if you can

Very knowledgeable about their products especially reloading. They have reasonable prices and good service. Have had three friends by guns from them this year.. My gun store of choice.
