I've used Amazon for 13 years and this was the first company to rip me off on Amazon. …Time for the truth. You opened the packaging and mounted the optic (we see the wear marks in the screw holes). We cannot re-sell a used item as new (hence the restocking fee). Amazon forbids sellers from re-selling product around them (will pull a sellers account). All of this was explained to you 4 times. Also, calling and harassing the employees of OA is a no go.

I've used Amazon for 13 years and this was the first company to rip me off on Amazon. Let me explain. They charge a 50% restocking fee. Spent $400 and they charged $199 for restocking. I called and offered to pay $250(total $450) for the item if they would sell it to me and give credit for restocking. They claimed it was not feasible. The item was opened, looked at, and repackaged and sent back. Perfect condition, never mounted. Stear clear.
