I worked for the one in Portland Oregon. And had a great experience. They answered their phones and responding regularly to their employees and was always updated. When moving back to Seattle I had no intentions on working for lgc Seattle /Tacoma, but when the app upgraded it automatically bumped me over to Lgc Seattle/Tacoma. I didn't because I just knew it wasn't gonna be the same experience!!! And hasn't been! They've delayed my pay twice, by over looking me. My hours are recorded right in the app so how they missing? It's the Holiday's and bills are due. Nobody never knows anything from this office. They are so bad they have to have Portland staff come in to cover for Seattle. That speaks volumes for Portland as I said I a great experience with them. I would think twice before working for lgc Seattle! Thank You

A person from the agency called and texted me to set up a phone interview with me. I called back left a message and didn't get a response til 2 days later late in the day. So unprofessional. I notice this and I haven't even started working yet. I might not take this job after all the negative reviews I've came across.

I went to a last minute interview one day and went to work the next morning. Since then I’ve had the opportunity to work at some of the most exclusive companies, hotels, event centers, and other entertainment venues in the greater Pacific Northwest. The office managers are responsive and work hard to land contracts on a regular ongoing basis, which of course has peak and off-peak availability due to the nature of the hospitality industry. Work sites range from Everett to Tacoma and everywhere in between with the option to choose the assignments that fit your schedule as well as the venues you prefer. LGC is a great way to earn extra money and can potentially lead to full time work depending on your availability and assignments available at that time.

This company is disgusting. If you’re a client thinking about contracting with this company DO NOT DO IT. Do not support this company. If you’re a person looking for work DO NOT waste your time with this company. They will not pay you on time. They are unorganized. They mess up people’s hours every week. And for the clients, I have clients who have told me they get double charged for invoices. They don’t communicate with their staff properly. They’re unprofessional. You won’t get information on shifts that you’re working for until the night before. It gives you no time to schedule your day or prepare. They will Lie and manipulate you to think there’s opportunity for growth when there’s not. They will try and hold you hostage to the company and make you feel like an asset but it’s only beneficial to them. They will drain you of your worth and life and at the end of the day your pockets. Please don’t make the mistake I did by working for this place. Try another temp agency , or just try for a real job. If you work for this company you cannot get hired on to any of the clients you have worked for until you’ve worked 300 hrs with them or until you quit LGC and have been gone for a year. Basically temp agency’s are supposed to help you find employment and get on your feet. This one keeps you from opportunities. Last but not least if they don’t take responsibility for their actions, as you can see the response to the negative reviews they blame it on their “clients” instead of their payroll lady who’s been messing up people’s hours for a year. They’re horrible people.

Hello Cliff, I'm sorry nobody was available to respond to your question. Unfortunately, when questions are asked on here, they are solely monitored by our corporate office in Indianapolis. We do not have anyone here on Saturdays so we were not able to direct your question to the local LGC branch. Did you find the answer to your questions by other means?
