Worst place!! My daughter wanted her nails done on her graduation day. She called in advance to make sure they could get her done in time to make it to her ceremony by 4 in Tacoma. It took them nearly 2 hours and charged over $60. We left the nail shop at 3:45!!! This place had my daughter in tears!! HORRIBLE CUTOMER SERVICE!!!

I'm in love with this place ! they do amazing work here . they're sort frienfly and accommodating . and they have a huge selection of colors and designs to choose from . I showed a picture of what I wanted and got it exactly . and I was also told that if anything happens to my nails in the next few days, to come back and they would fix it free of charge. I will definitely be going back when I need a fill and I can't wait !

1st time, walk-in visit. Acrylic fill and repair. Based on previous reviews, I requested Jenny or LT (neither were there). I was about to schedule an appointment, but another customer suggested Chi (lady doing her nails). She convinced me so I waited. Chi was very nice. She really paid attention to details and made sure I was happy every step (I am pretty picky...but not in a mean way). I will be a return customer. Thank you. Plus: better prices than my last nail salon and if you check in (for their VIP Club) each time on the tablet by the front counter, you get a % discount on your 6th visit.
