Stayed here during Water Follies and had an awesome experience. The front staff are exceptional - we had an issue with our booking and Chris was not only quick to fix it but was friendly, courteous and professional. Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms! Fully stocked kitchen (except food of course!). Great breakfast buffer and outdoor pool was surprisingly warm! No hot tub. This is my go to hotel every rime I'm in the area. Never disappoints!

As someone whom has extensively traveled the world, I have never experienced such hospitality as I have with Miguel at the front desk. His warmth and professionalism blew my and my significant other away. I had given up on customer service some time ago, but had my faith in this particular industry restored after many encounters with him. Give that man a raise!! We love him and are looking forward to our next stay provided he is on the other end of the line when we call the front. -201

We would stay here again just for the breakfast! It is so delicious! It is easy to see that the Lady and Gentleman that make the meal enjoy feeding people. We spent 5 nights at Homewood and enjoyed all of them. We highly recommend this hotel.
