Room 1126 with the city view was like staying at the Motel 6 with literally the light on ALL night because they let two bus loads from Chicago take over the hotel, not leaving any room to accommodate the rest of the guest staying at the hotel. The group had a pool party ALL DAY on Saturday, not leaving room for other guess to enjoy the pool! 11 was the occupancy and they had at least 20 people or more occupying the pool! My room was $500 a night TOTAL RIP OFF! The room was horrible and very out dated! We had to put towels down in the tub just to take a shower because it had a Thick brown ring around it. The walls were dirty and the drywall patch work was horrible. The patio door had greasy finger prints all over it. Food still on the floor from the previous stay. The bedding had blood stains. The desk was dirty and the chair was broken. The sink in the bathroom was discussing! It reminded me of Eddie Murphy’s room on “Coming to America” the staff was horrible, inattentive, and unapologetic. We were there for two nights, but had reservations for 3 nights! They never came to clean the room. We had to put our towels in the hallway to get new ones. Never again!!!!! They give the Radisson a bad name and look!!!

The front desk and kitchen staff were great. The building itself is 50 years old. The place is very dated. It seems the bathroom was cheaply redone like a decade ago. The tiles were loose and you could feel them move as you step on them. The bathroom fixtures are weird and sometimes unresponsive. Great views though. There is so much potential for this location if they could only update it. It’s not worth the asking price in dollars or with points.

Honestly we chose this hotel because it had on sight parking and was close to our weekend activities. But for the price we paid I had higher expectations for the cleanliness of the room and hotel itself. When we entered our room it looked like someone had slept in our bed. The bathroom was also dirty finding urine on the toilet and floor around. But the worst part we had gone down for breakfast to come back and find the house keeper in our room already. She had thrown our food in the trash and our bags were in the hallway. We had an hour and a half before the 11am check out. So we were taken back. The staff were all nice, the parking lot was an added bonus and the beds were comfortable. But if you are a light sleeper it's very loud from the highway.

The hotel was nice and close to a lot of things and it served its purpose as a place to stay overnight for taking our trip to Newport Aquarium. My biggest thing was that the room definitely wasn’t a “Premium Room” it was a very basic room for what was advertised and the price it cost I figured it would at least be more upscale in the rooms. We stayed in room 1126 and 75% of the electrical outlets didn’t work, there were only 2 towels, when we said we had 2 adults and 3 children. The pool was nice and the staff was polite. I just wish that for $260 for one night the hotel would’ve actually been a nice room like it was advertised. This was more like a $100/night room and I’ve stayed in much nicer rooms for cheaper than this.

Yes, depends on what side of the hotel your room is on. More expensive for Cincinnati (front) view, less expensive for Covington (rear) view.
It's about 2 miles
I'm here now. And the place is not dirt. And of course it's a little loud. The airport is mins away. Very pleasant staff. So far so good.

This is a question that you need to call them for. If they have ever done before.
If you will arrive earlier, call them for an early check in otherwise you have to wait until official check in time.
