CAUTION!! Multiple issues at this location. The first is that it feels like a concrete and chainlink prison block and you are directly under a low freight train bridge (amongst other bridges). Very questionable activity immediately surrounding the property. The management was very rude. Stay somewhere else. Much better options in the area and also across the river. Also they have $250!!!!! pet fee (that they falsely call a "deposit" on their paperwork). And they're not even a luxury spot - just a normal chain location. This fee is 5 times the average. You don't want pets, fine. But this is price gouging. Listed in fine print on the website but this rate is so far beyond industry standards it's ridiculous. The management was dismissive and then lied in their response about their pet rates being "competitive."

Nice, clean hotel. It’s located conveniently by downtown. The parking garage attached to the hotel is convenient. The staff was friendly and the courtyard area is a nice place to relax with friends and family. If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Cincinnati area, I recommend you stay here.

The hotel advertises itself as pet-friendly, but upon arrival to check in advises that a NON-REFUNDABLE $250 pet fee is required. This fee was not disclosed when the room was booked. We cancelled our reservation on the spot and stayed at the hotel next door for less than the pet deposit at this location. As a long-time Marriott client, this whole experience was disappointing. If you are seeking a pet-friendly hotel in the Greater Cincinnati area, take this Marriott location off our your list.

The front desk was great but we found hair in the bathroom and in the tub so we know it wasn't cleaned. I'm sure this was and exception to the rule. The bed was eccellent but the chairs and couch were not comfortable to sit in. I will stay there again as the location is great.

About 32 minutes on foot per Google maps' estimate.
No, but on the backside of the hotel you get some nice views of the river and Cincinnati skyline.
Yes, there's the delicious Riverfront Pizza, I recommend the hoagies... Also there's Godfathers and Good Fellows, both in their own right, awesome! Enjoy...
