We had a very comfortable stay here. Room was clean enough though there was mold in various parts of the bathroom, stains on the carpet and the a/c struggled. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Breakfast and bar food were good & the two complimentary drinks was fun! Parking was easy as was getting the ticket validated. Within walking distance of so many fun things!

I generally love Embassy Suites. This particular one has almost 300 rooms and 10 carts to carry luggage to your room. Upon arrival I waited 40 minutes for a cart. When we left I searched the normal spots the front desk told me they would be. None to be found. I searched the floors 1 at a time. I found 4 carts! Either they don't have enough employees or they don't care to search for them. Another thing we noticed were trays of food left on the floors all day and night the entire time we were there. Maybe the same problem as above. The common area was clean. Breakfast was exceptional. Both the service and the food. Fantastic job by the staff that hosts that. We will be back. Hopefully the management will do something about the issues.

Overall we had a good stay. Check in was prompt and staff was welcoming. Rooms are spacious. Bathroom wasn’t very clean and wish it had been better. Lots of dust on the shelves below the sink and the floor seemed unswept. There were also holes in our bedsheets. Breakfast buffet has lots of options and staff was friendly during this time. Would stay again if in the area.

The view from our room was the most memorable part of the hotel. As others mentioned, the rooms were a bit dated and obviously in need of some better upkeep (red drink stain on the floor by the TV, shower diverter didn't work right so water flowed out of the tub faucet and the shower head at the same time which resulted in low water pressure, corroded bathroom sink handles). The pool was actually open which was a huge plus. Overall, it was a pretty good place to stay, but I did expect a nicer room for the price.

Pool was closed two weeks ago when we stayed. The buffet was also closed and they gave a bag with yogurt, muffin, orange juice, etc for breakfast. They gave tickets for beer and wine out of the cooler in the evening.
For easier access to hotel lobby park on the G1 level and you can take the elevator up to the lobby.
Yes, it's a bit of a walk, but doable!
If a guest brings them with them but I am sure they do a lot of prevention
