Took my son for his appointment today. Happy with the quality and gentleness of the haircut. My son is 6 and has some sensory issues with clippers. He did great. Keep in mind Kim is a one women show. If she’s with a client she can’t always answer. Be respectful and call during business hours, allow her time to call back missed calls. Or better yet, make your appts prior to leaving.
