Came in for breakfast and was told to wait out front. Over the next 15 minutes I watched 7 cars park to wait. Over the next 10 minutes each person left their cars to walk inside. Short staffed, poor customer service, atrocious wait times. Don't come here. 25 minutes waiting on 2 burritos. Still haven't recieved my order.

Poor expierence. Manager could not (or would not) honor what the app offered (free upside). Soda machine was out of coke. Also no ice. When I asked for some ice I got eye roll along with it. Drive thru line was 12 cars long and slow, which is why we went inside. Food given in bag even though we said for her, not to go.

I love burger king and never had problems but this one is near my doctors ,i go there once a month and i usually get lunch while in the area, i have had no problems in the past with this burger king on crain hwy. Glen Burnie, Md. But lately in the last 3 months the sandwiches are not fresh and two visits ago my sprite fountain soda was terrible and it had a rank taste like the nozzle and lines hadn't been cleaned in awhile then on my last visit i ordered the fish sandwich it had a strong fishy smell and it was awful, I had fish sand. From Bk from other Bk fast food but they had a good smell and nice hot and fresh but not this store it was horrible, i would have taken it back but i was already back on hwy. 97 on my way home and i wasn't trying to go back especially with rush hour starting so i just threw it away so needless to say i won't be going back to this particular Burger King !! 🤨

Went there with a coworker. We spent 15 min in the drive thru. When we received our food, the fries were half full, my Whopper Jr with only ketchup and no cheese had only cheese on it. The soda lines must have got crossed because our cokes tastes like caramel flavoring was heavily added. Wasted $14. Will not be back. Avoid at all costs. There is a Steak and Shake maybe a mile further down the road. Go there
