I would give this a one star but I did like the food. We decided to get the all-you-can eat special for $53/pp and everyone at the table has to order it. Just my wife and I, but we were game. Ordered our drinks, then when the server came back we ordered our appetizer tray & 1st round of seafood. My wife's sweet tea and my water came and then the appetizer tray. Shortly thereafter came the 1st food tray. My mai tai didn't come. A manager stopped by and we mentioned my wife's refill and my drink. She apologized then came back with some crab crackers and my drink. Still no sweet tea refill. Our server came by to check in and we ordered our second tray. The manager came by in another twenty minutes or so and asked about the sweet tea, she said "he told me he got that for you". He then came back with the sweet tea & we inquired about our second tray progress. He said the kitchen doesn't speak much English but I will ask. He didn't return for a while. 40 minutes passed and we asked about the order he said I know I put it in, checking his pad, he asked what was it again, I repeated the order and he punched away. 15 minutes later he came by with the tray, which had the incorrect food selections, so at that point we were tired and done. When they came back we asked for the check and a box. He said I need to weigh the food to see how much to charge you. My wife brought up about the food being late and wrong. We asked to speak to a manager. He came by and asked what was the problem. My wife explained and he said let me verify your story. When it was all said and done, they didn't charge us for the leftovers, nor did we take home any of the leftovers. We will not be returning. Poor customer service and poor management practices by charging for food you have already paid for. No thank you.

After seeing an ad for NFL specials I decided too give it a try. They advertise the all you can eat. I noticed that several patrons were complaining and a couple walking out, I decided to go ahead anyways. This may have been the most unprofessional restaurant I have ever been to. I guess the manager has the music blasting while she dancing and the servera brings you you your food with hoods over their heads. Your crab legs takes longer and the size gets smaller each round.
