Horrible expierence. I have a 30 min lunch break. There was one car in front of me in the drive through and it took 16 min to get my food from when I entered to exited. Very frustrating I spent my entire lunch break in line.

Our coupon didn’t register and when we noticed we went to say something about it the person that took our order went to the back and the other worker couldn’t help us, so we left because it would have been too much trouble. When we got home we were missing a fry.

Every time I come it's a 15 minute wait, whether drove through or inside. Kiddo wants BK on his way to practice. Came today.... people inside were upset because it was a 25 minute wait for their food, and the drive had cars waiting 5+ minutes just to order. Not staffs fault. It's a management problem. Don't bother coming unless you have an hour or so to just waste.

The food tasted fine... What was correct. I asked for two of the Whopper Melt sandwiches and somehow ended up with one Whopper Melt and one of the spicy version with jalapenos on it, which I had to spit out because I absolutely hate jalapenos with a passion. I went late at night, when there was hardly anyone else there, so I'm not sure why they messed it up.
